LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY

• NEW RIDERS MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR FIRST RIDE. This gives you plenty of time to set up your bike safely. JoyRyde Knox has the right to reschedule a new rider’s first class if this period of time is not honored. Once class has started NO NEW RIDERS will be allowed to enter the studio. This ensures the safety of both new and existing riders.

• Studio doors are locked at the start of every class. This is to protect all staff, riders, and belongings. Any current members that are aware of a tardy arrival must alert the studio to avoided getting locked out of class.

• CLASS CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 4 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS. This frees up bikes for riders able to attend and gives riders on the waitlist a timely notice that there is a spot available. Late cancellations/no shows will result in a $15 CHARGE to your account.
